The body will always figure out how to move from point A to point B, but that does not mean it determines the best movement for your specific goals or longevity. A certified personal trainer provides proven expertise, extra motivation and accountability, improved technique, ability to work around injuries, more confidence in the gym, and, last but not least, effective and efficient specialized programs tailored to your specific goals and needs.
This is a common misconception. The beginning stages are the best time to get a trainer to ensure a solid foundation is built and bad habits are avoided. A certified personal trainer will also ensure movements are performed and progressed safely to prevent any injury that would further postpone your goals.

I would rather have a client continue training because they want to, not because they feel like they can only do it with one.
